Welcome to the special 2021 Kentucky Oaks/Derby trivia challenge! Can you come up with the answers to all ten questions---five related to the Oaks and five to the Derby---before post time for the Kentucky Derby? All answers can be found on the American Classic Pedigrees website.

Kentucky Oaks

Kentucky Derby

Kentucky Oaks answers:

1.) Untapable in 2014

2.) 1905 had a field of 3 and Janeta won. 1892 had a field of 3 and the winner was Miss Dixie.

3.) Lite Light owned by MC Hammer

4.)

5.) 1959's winner Wedlock

Kentucky Derby Answers:

1.) Brokers Tip, Carry Back, Swaps, Sunny's Halo, and Barbaro.

2.) Jimmy Winkfield was the jockey of Alan-A-Dale in 1902

3.) Elwood in 1904

4.) 1899's Manuel

5.) Grindstone hates wearing halters and loves bananas.

I forgot 4 for the Kentucky Oaks. It was Davona Dale.

Really good job here, Frost. Just a couple of differences:

Oaks
1) is Ashado, who won both races in 2004.
2) is English Lady, who defeated only one other rival in 1890.
