Dismissed at 46-1 in the 2010 Emirates Airlines Breeders’ Cup Filly and Mare Turf, Shared Account ran the race of her life to defeat odds-on favorite Midday, who had won this race in 2009. The winner of two other graded stakes during her career, Shared Account failed to show the same form as a 5-year-old in 2011. She retired after running seventh in the 2011 edition of the Filly and Mare Turf. Still active as a broodmare, she is a member of the elite club of female Breeders’ Cup winners that have produced another Breeders’ Cup winner.
