Balada Sale dominated the Argentine 3-year-old fillies of her year in winning both the country’s filly Classics. Her form was so highly regarded that it gained her honors as Mare of the Year as well as champion 3-year-old filly, but she was unable to replicate that form in Dubai and France after being exported. Now a broodmare in Japan, she has enjoyed success in her second career.
