Historia never raced and was produced from a dam that could not win, but she was from an excellent family that traced back to 1970 Canadian Horse of the Year and 1978 Canadian Broodmare of the Year Fanfreluche through her important producing daughter Grand Luxe. As a broodmare for Haras La Providencia, she foaled three Group 1 winners—including an Argentine Horse of the Year—and earned laurels as the Argentine Broodmare of the Year for 2015. Her long-term influence is still to be determined.
