Mocito Guapo was a good but not top-class racehorse during a short racing career in his native Argentina. Sent to Chile for stallion duty, he did very well in his new country, ranking seven times among Chile’s top 10 sires and 17 times among the country’s top 10 broodmare sires. His success helped extend the male line of his paternal grandsire, Nashua, in South America.
