Bred by Haras Comalal, Nortak raced for Caballeriza Orilla del Monte. Following her racing career, she was exported to the United States, where she was owned by Gainesway Thoroughbreds. She was repatriated to Argentina in February 2007, in foal to Whywhywhy. Following her return to Argentina, she was a broodmare at Haras La Providencia. She is last reported as having been barren to Galerien in 2018.
