Quiet Charm was able to win only once and then only in cheap company, but like other daughters of Tartan Farms foundation mare Cequillo, she did well as a broodmare. Her descendants include six Grade/Group 1 winners, including the important sire Quiet American and Japanese Classic winner Toho Jackal. She failed to produce anything of significance after Tartan Farms dispersed its stock in 1987 and died in relative obscurity.

Fun facts
- In a somewhat confusing move for future pedigree researchers, The Jockey Club allowed Quiet Charm's name to be reused for a 1999 filly by her grandson Quiet American out of Bright Majesty. The Quiet American filly was a winner and the dam of two winners.
