Tepin took some time to find her niche, but once she did, she made up for lost time. A top-level winner on both sides of the Atlantic, she won fans in both North America and England for her talent and determination, which she displayed against both males and females. She was retired as a 6-year-old after apparently losing interest in racing, but not before reigning twice as America's champion turf female.
