A full brother to 2000 European Horse of the Year and three-time American champion sire Giant's Causeway, Tumblebrutus showed much less on the race course but found a place at stud in Chile after failing to attract much notice in Kentucky. He made a name for himself on his own merits, leading his adopted country's general sire list three times, and also sired several champions in Ecuador.
