Produced from an immediate family that had already come up with two European champion juveniles, U S Navy Flag lived up to his heritage by winning a similar championship for himself. He trained on to be a Group 1-winning sprinter at 3 and would probably be even more highly regarded as a racehorse had it not been for a season-ending campaign in Australia that resulted in three bad defeats.

A handsome, muscular bay horse, U S Navy Flag has a strong body and powerful hindquarters. He is perhaps a trifle light on bone below the knee buyt was a sound and determined competitor on the track. He found a mile to be too much for him in distance but was completely honest as far as he went.

U S Navy Flag’s first foals were born in 2020. According to the Racing Post, he was the champion freshman sire of 2022/2023 in New Zealand.
