Books
Whether published in physical form or as e-books, books are labors of love resulting from long hours of study, writing and rewriting. They are also invaluable references for the student of pedigrees or racing history. The links on this page will take you to information about books I've written, and I hope you'll take a minute to see what I have to offer. I've also provided a list of recommended titles that I've read and used during my own research. Most are out of print but can be found on sites dealing in used books.

Tentatively titled The Bull That Flew: Holy Bull, Jimmy Croll, and the Road Less Taken, this book will be part of the "Racing Royalty" series covering top horses from the late 20th century through the present. My deadline is November 1, 2024.
