Sent over to France for racing, Intrepid Lady showed little as a race mare. As a broodmare, however, she became one of Bold Ruler's best daughters, her produce including a Classic winner and four other stakes winners. Unfortunately, her family has not bred on.

As a broodmare, she was owned by Robert Sangster and Vincent O'Brien, later passing to the ownership of Michael Ryan, who bred the mare's last two foals in partnership with David Garvin. Intrepid Lady was last reported as having produced a dead foal in 1994.
