Candy Spots won the 1963 Preakness. The Derbies he won were Jersey Derby in 1963, Florida Derby in 1963, Santa Anita Derby in 1963, and American Derby in 1963.

Also just to be a bit of a brat......California Chrome also collected 4 Derbies. He won the Kentucky Derby in 2014, Sanita Anita Derby in 2014, Hollywood Derby in 2014, and California Cup Derby in 2014. The other Triple Crown Race he won was the Preakness in 2014.

LOL, well my mind works kind of oddly at times when it comes to trivia. That and unless things are very specificly stated in a question that has more than one answer I like to hedge my bets.
