Considered the best Irish-based juvenile male of 1975, Malinowski showed promise as a 2-year-old and early in his 3-year-old season but was unable to deliver on that promise after suffering severe gastric distress and sickness at 3. He was not a very successful stallion and ended his stud career as a regional sire in the state of New York.
